Shipping policy

Shipping is created via the online store, that is automatically connected to Shopify or TikTok, if your items are out of stock we will aim to contact you within 3 working days to discuss alternative options. If you have requested a large custom order, please bare with us we will aim to get this shipped out to you within 14 days. Please be patient, as these are mostly hand created by 1 person at the moment so detailed items may take more time. We will aim to discuss the length of delivery with you direct, should this be longer than 14 days. 

For larger orders there maybe additional shipping costs to cover the weight and size, please keep this in mind. If you wish to contact us prior to make an order for a quote before hand, then please do so if the system has not factored this in, as we do  not want you to have any unsuspected costs.

For overseas shipping this will depend on your country and please make sure you are aware of any import shipping fees that may be additional from the U.K to your location. You will be held responsible for these import fees in full.
